The easiest way to request updates to your website is through our online support center, peoriadotcom.com/Helpdesk.

Most updates are made within one business day.

  1. Visit peoriadotcom.com/Helpdesk
  2. Click "Open a New Ticket"
  3. Select a "Help Topic"
  4. Enter your email address and name
  5. Complete the "Ticket Details" section and add any attachments (optional)
  6. Click "Create Ticket"

Larger images are the best. Large images can be made smaller, but small images cannot be made larger without reducing the quality of the image(pixelation).
